Quality Assurance Companies in Vietnam can be hired to check Quality , Documents and Fabrication however are not at the factory during the entire Fabrication hence you still can not be confident that the Project has been Welded correctly or your Project has been Fabricated accurately , are Documents accurate, is Traceability of Material being done correctly or even is the correct Material being used?
